Job Description

Tinaw Business Share Company is engaged in horticulture investment, mainly Rose flowers growing and export. We want to recruit and hire a highly skilled, competent, versatile and experienced professional Accountant

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure that financial systems and documents are in compliance with the laws, policies, standards and regulations of the country and International Financial Reporting Standards and practices;
  • Ensures that books of accounts are maintained, receipts and other financial documents are kept properly and that they are safeguarded against misuses; 
  • Develops mechanisms to ensure that operations of the company  are implemented in cost effective manner;
  • Record payments, sales, store related documents ( GRN, SIV, GTN,..) to peach tree accounting
  • Prepare weekly cash plans, cash reports and petty cash summary;
  • Prepares assets liability & capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account informed
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation for bank accounts, customer balances, vendor balances and inventory
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting & analyzing account information
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation
  • Follow-up and renew the cash register machines on a timely fashion
  • Organize, coordinate and reconcile monthly stock take.
  • Prepares  Daily bank balance & monthly bank reconciliation report
  • File monthly and yearly taxes VAT, WHT, CIT, Income taxes and others to the respective tax authorities
  • Facilitate and assist auditors by supplying the required documents upon authorization 
  • Any other business as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement

Qualification, experience and skills: The minimum requirements for the position are as follows.

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years work experience as Accountant
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and Peach tree accounting
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
