Gender Training for BRIDGE Project Staff

Currently, SNV is working in eight regional states and the two city administrations of Ethiopia, providing technical assistance and program implementation in Agriculture, WASH, and Energy Sectors. Building Rural Income through inclusive Dairy Business Growth in Ethiopia (BRIDGE) project aims at contributing to the growth of the dairy sector by utilizing opportunities and addressing some of the key constraints.

Job Requirements

The consultant/organization should have

  •  At least a Masters in Gender Studies
  • At least five years of work experience in the area of gender, gender mainstreaming and women’s empowerment in the context of development projects, preferably in the agriculture sector.
  • Adequate experience in providing/facilitating training on gender: gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, collecting seeks vs gender-disaggregated data, to non-gender expert technical project staff.
